...my city experience in a city...

...was in the city on a city with delon last nite. browsing the roads of kayel, taking turns and rounds. the city seems to be able to handle it all. swerving from mahameru to ampang to bukit bintang and the backlanes and red light zones i was more mesmerized with the city than the city within. but with the heavy duty rain and flood, i was happy to be inside the city rather than outside in the city. it feels more comfortable to be in inside the city with the aircond directly blowing on my face.

the city skyline - extremely magnificent. i thought the view from mini-genting was good - dating success and munching peanuts with my lumix and tripod shooting at the twin towers after rain with the clouds hovering over the twins, but the city on a city feels satisfying too. the city skyline looks as good from a city within. as we were navigating our way through the lanes of the dorsett, stopping at the red, yellow and green, i opened the window for a fantastic view of the twins. with clouds hovering over the brightly litted twins, the view from the bottom is equally gengz as the view from the top. suddenly i felt so satisfying and happy to have recorded these two magnificent view in my memory. delon and me chatted up a conversation where he asked me to be a photographer instead. yeap. that is what i wanted to do. and found the courage to take the first step at that moment in the city.

actually we were heading to parkroyal for cheng mui's wedding dinner. a cozy place beneath the hotel lobby. a gathering of ex-colleagues. tonnes of jokes and catching up. it was great to meet up with the gang again...
