...relieved...

...relieved. thats how i feel after the enrolment for 17sites. on sunday the 3 of use standby in ciast to support the 4 sites that went live on sunday. the number of calls i got is amazing. the phone kept ringing non-stop. one problem after another. wt didnt even have time to eat his breakfast i bought. after struggling for almost 5 hours, it was almost over lunch time and we finally found time for lunch. we munched at mcd, had a quickie lunch and rushed back to ciast to continue with the support. when done, when finally the sites closes for enrolment, it was a big relieved. but, for tomorrow, there is more to come. later that evening, drove all the way to kuantan alone. reached kuantan at about 9.30pm. checked in. slept and woke up to a really stress day in ilpkuantan.

08.01 is a day of stress. i got double the calls from my colleagues and the system admin of the institutes compared to sunday. i didnt even have time to stop and go to the washroom. the calls kept coming in and i believe my 2 guys in ciast have a worst time than me. receive calls, answer calls, solve problems, etc. and of course, amazingly i was able to find solutions to some of the problems in ilpkuantan. sei mei this not so technical guy is able to look into the tables and database and solve problems. wakaakz. i had called calvin earlier to ask him to check for me. he mention something that to check this table. and i took heed of his advice and checked that table. and amazingly, i found the solution and solved it. immediately i called calvin to inform him of the good news. phew, what a day to accomplish tasks.

hectic day. stress filled day. headache. but relieved!!!...
