...26idc...

...26th incovar dhamma camp. calm islands in stormy seas. if was a great holiday for me for the 4 days. like wt said, going on holiday doenst mean have to sit back and relax. doing a part of this work helps to energize us back and put us back on track. indeed the 26idc did its trick. wonderful break away from the torturing chamber in the office conquered by giant octopuses squirting black ink all over. doh.
incovar experience was excellent. though last minute rushing for the script with no dinner and shower and no break till the very last minute of it, it turned out exceptionally well. minimal in preparation, high in impact. facilitator involvment were wonderful. the sketch was done really well.
and i was crying looking over the the entire situation and the impact it has on us. the negative memories of the torturing chamber not long ago began to come back and haunt me. the whole ordeal was too much to handle and ixp brought back the little light in the darkness. indeed there was hope. ixp talked about the lighting up of candles for hope. hope that brings us back to life. hope that gives us the little more strive to move on. as another candle is lit, it does not diminish the first flame but create another island of light and no matter how many is lit from one, that one remains strong and sure. its called inspiration. and not only will we pass this spark along, but we will burn ever more brightly because a candle that has few defilements will burn brighter than one that is impure. with the knowledge and guidance we have received so far, we can send the shadows back as we illuminate the path before us.
i have learned from wt to put my hope at the correct place so that we wont get despair over losing of hope. indeed the 26idc has left a permanent mark in my life where this is the first time i have known to attached it with my own torturing chamber...
