...arghh...

...scenario 1 : there is this search screen where it requires searching for the centres and then filter out those students who are registered with the centres. the screen comes with a dropdown combo that populates with the centres and then populates the student dropdown combo with the students ic no. i ask him, how many centres do you think there are? he paused a moment and said abt 1800+. doh and how am i going to search thru it? and each centres may have hundreds or thousands of student ic no. how do i search thru the dropdown combo to find my student. and the answer to me was, then if you say cannot, what other way you can do it and he added that the only other way he can think of is using listbox for the student ic no...
...scenario 2 : 2weeks ago i asked this guy to deploy to qa team to do testing and also inform qa directly that you have done deployment and it is ready for testing. and then update the its and send the bugged issues to qa team to test. he said ok. he will do it. 1week ago i asked him the same question and he said already done. 2 days ago i asked him the same question and he said done. yesterday i ask the same question again and he told me that he already checked in the codes. i said to him that my question was have you deployed to qa team to do testing. he said he only checked in the codes. and i ask, so? you have not deployed for qa team to do testing? he said no. and i ask why did you say yes to me 2weeks ago. and his answer to me was, i didnt know that i have to deploy because he thought by checking in the codes, qa team would be able to do testing already...
and i am darn tied up with rewriting the entire as_is documents again which i slept at 4am in the morning...
