...strawberries...

...branding is very important, and could be used to our advantage is used wisely both in corporate world and in our personal life. everything we do, whether through clothes we choose to wear, action or even style of writing creates an impression to the people around us, and that in turn creates a significant perception about us. in other words, this is something like the sort of image we want to project about ourselves/organisation.

branding in the corporate world is always something done with purpose, even though we are not conscious about it. for example, someone who talks quickly all the time gives the impression that he/she is either impatient, or highly energetic. imagine if someone from finance field dressing casual or sloppily for work, high chance would be that he / she would not be taken seriously by his peers or superiors. hence to create the correct branding, he / she should conform to the corporate attire for work.

as such, all of us should put some thoughts about “how do we want to brand ourselves?” if you could choose a car which best represent your style and personality, which car would it be? would it be a bmw classy, sporty and on the move kind of car; or a volvo secure and matured?

the good news is that we can choose to brand ourselves in any way that we pleases us, and in most cases people who are successful branded themselves to be successful from the very start. so what are you waiting for, branding yourselves right and you’ll be on the right path to realizing it...(alex.tan)

i think this article (if it's not by you) combines the "what" and "how" and lump them under branding. and even the words brand and branding are confusing.

personally, the brand is what you believe, the branding is the effort you make to tell people what you believe.

and again, there is no such things as good or bad belief, it's either appropriate or inappropriate.

just personal view.
