...interviewed one guy. apparently very experience. older than me. he jumped many companies. he knows many stuff. loon says his technical passed. his attitude, ok lor. quiet. kenot speak out. soft. like those who kenot talk. bm got p8. english poor. aiks. i comment so much. but one thing hor, he stinks man. yukes. he is like those kampung boy who just came out to work and dress also very kampung kampung one. wakakakz...so bad judge people like tht...but anyway, i pass this guy for ah loon since his position is more critical than mine. is my task critical? i oso dunno cos didn plan.

and that makes me wonder, what are my outstanding task? hmm, i can ask wern tien that, if next week i give him one new staff to do what he is doing now so that i can transfer him to another task, so i ask him, can u brief him what to do or not. he said, kenot. then i mar say, u need to know what you have in hand and u have to know the overall plan so that you can easily pass the job over. but hor, i myself sendiri also dunno what are my outstanding task. macam mana nak plan? oh my gawd!...
