...i amsick...
...i am sick today. it sure sucks when you are sick. but then, i remembered what my dear fren alex told me yesterday, always imagine the 2 extremes. and i chose to be enthusiastic over what i am supposed to accomplish and work to the highest standards despite the liquid flowing off my nose. so what i am sick. my mind is not.
i read from a book recently:
"if we perceive something as liability, thats the message we deliver to our brain, then the brain produces states that make it the reality. if we change our frame of reference by looking at the same situation from a different point of view, we can change our representation about anything and in a moment change our states and behaviours."
fact : i am so so so sick
msg : i am feeling happy and full of energy
reality : hahaha, its hard u knw. but, i will still send those msgs to my brain

doh! sick is sick. don't lie to yourself.
why not tell yourself you are full. then you can save money, no need makan.
or tell yourself, "I'm rich" send that msg to yourself while walking into Auto Bavaria and buy a BMW.
